Grassy Pond Water Company offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. We bill on a monthly basis at the first of every month and the due date is the 20th of every month. A penalty of 10% will be charged to any outstanding billed amount after the due date.
Online Bill Payment
If paying your bill Online (Fees Apply) just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts. You will need your account number and the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for you in order to make a payment. If you are not sure of the phone number we have on file or if you are getting an error message please contact the office to update your phone number.
Payment By Phone
Pay by debit or credit card by calling toll free 864-761-1553(Fees Apply). You will need your account number and the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for you in order to make a payment. If you are not sure of the phone number we have on file or if you are getting an error message please contact the office to update your phone number.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on or around the 20th of each month and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply print and fill out the ACH/Debit Form located under the Customer Service tab and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept cash, check, or money orders. You can also pay with a card. If paying with a card there is a fee associated. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. We also have a drop-box located on the side of our building for any payments that need to be dropped off after normal business hours.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to ten business days or longer to post to the customer's account. Grassy Pond Water will not remove late fees, or delay disconnection when payments are made through your bank's website. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Third Party Payment Portals
Payments made with any online payments processing portal other than grassypondwaterco.qpaybill.com can take up to three to four weeks for payment to process. Grassy Pond Water will not remove late fees, or delay disconnection when payments are made through any payment portal other than grassypondwaterco.qpaybill.com. Please refrain from using doxo.com.
